Getting a good night's sleep certainly helps! Yesterday most of us at the office were a little off, I thought I got a good night's sleep. Last night I was in bed by 9:30 pm and falling asleep shortly afterward. Today feels better, despite this rain and my nose dripping like a tap. I'm sure frisbee will be canceled tonight.
