Speaking of fun, I finally decided to check out Karter's Korner yesterday evening after reading about it in the radio station "events" for some time now. It's truly a fun time. Gather some of your friends and head out there for a nice evening of fun doing laps on the outdoor track with the go-karts and play a round of mini-golf. Go on a "Discount Tuesday" and you can do both for well under $10 per person. Check out their website here.
Also, Navan Fair is on this week. Friday is a great day to go as they have a demolition derby at 7pm and the band Trooper is in concert there at 9pm. $10 for the fair + $5 to see Trooper ... great deal! Check out the full schedule here.
Thanks to the Rogers Radio stations and a quick trigger finger, we'll be seeing the "Eat Pray Love" and "The Expendables" movies tonight and tomorrow night (respectively) at SilverCity.
