On This Day In Canadian History...

1976 - Ottawa Roughriders beat Saskatchewan Rough Riders 23-20 to win 64th Grey Cup game. With 20 seconds remaining, down by 4 points, Ottawa quarterback Tom Clements waves off a play from the bench and had receiver Tony Gabriel to fake a post route and then head for the end zone.
