Good wet Monday morning folks. Again thanks for posting the codes this past weekend - wish I could have used 'em but it is what it is...Received accolades galore from many of the folks who saw our band play this weekend. I was trying hard to contain my head from swelling to large for fear of not being able to get into the OC Transpo bus this morning!

Good Morning Angel, Phil, Mr. E., Typhoon, Connie, John Boy, Mary Ellen, Ma, Pa, Grandpa... :-)

I lied last night I was not going to Smiths Falls, Kingston & Brockville. I went to Smiths Falls (shouldn't there be an apostrophe in there?) Inevaery (Kingston) and Foxboro (just 1 exit past Belleville in Quinte)....a very long, but profitable, day.

8am ViP Song: Kings of Leon - Use Somebody

Good afternoon peeps!

If you're interested in volunteering at Bluesfest, registration is now open.

Since they activated registration access (shortly after 12pm), the site has been terribly slow, timing out and resetting over and over again. It took over 2 hours before I could complete my selections and get them accepted by the system. You may have better luck at this time.

Thanks again for the tip, Mr. Red.

@ Phil

That's good news about your band! What might be happening is that the pop sensibilities of listening to Kiss FM's playlist are rubbing off on you, making your music have more of a mass appeal. I would suggest that you try incorporating a song or two from the Kiss playlist. To start you out, how about some Lady Gaga? I'll help with the tricky part:

Rah-rah, ah-ah-ah!
Ro-ma, Ro-ma-ma!
Ga-ga, ooh-la-la!
Want your bad romance!

After you master this part, the rest should be a breeze! ;-)
