Mr. E. - I am not "certified organic" but am still growing shiitake mushrooms, garlic, asparagus, Saskatoon berries and several varieties of grapes (for white and red wines)
Ref Medieval Festival - I am engaged big time in the Kingdom of Osgoode Medieval Festival which will open for its third year on July 9th. It started in 2008 being just a 1/2 day event in Osgoode and then went 2 days last year and this year will be three days (9-11 July). I am just in the process of making some radical changes to the website but if you are on Facebook you can find the group page which I also maintain. My band plays on the Friday night, Saturday and Sunday afternoon and myself and one other will be performing as troubadors at the medieval feast on the Saturday night.
