To win on The Movie Network, you have to register on their web-site and input the codes they show during weekend prime-time showings of movies and The Sopranos.
It's similar to what Rogers' Radio and The Bear do, but as far as I know there aren't/isn't any blogs dedicated to that contest. :-(
