1988 - Brian Orser wins his second Silver Medal in Men's Figure Skating at the Calgary Olympic games; he repeated his result in Sarajevo in 1984; narrowly loses the 'Battle of the Brians' against US figure skater Brian Boitano, who takes the Gold.
