Approximately 48 years and 9 months ago my parents "made whoopee" for the second (documented) time in their marriage. As a result of that passionate union of their bits and pieces an 8lb 10.5 ounce red haired baby boy appeared exactly 48 years ago today in the Halifax Grace Hospital.
