The good thing is that my 6 shifts will be over by Sunday afternoon. It will be up to Angel and the others to give you some competition!

ReplyDeleteI saw it in today's edition of 24Hr on the way home via the Bells Corners Dairy Queen. If I remember correctly it may have been one of the half-dozen, or so, code that were guessed about 2 or 3 weeks ago by Typhoon and/or Critic and/or Mr. E. It was assumed they would be in The Sun, but I guess they are only publishing them in 24Hr
....which reminds me, should there not be a Stay-cation Winning Weekend Bonus Code in today's Ottawa Sun??
ReplyDelete"UnknownSoldier" didn't work for me but I see they're into phonetic spelling again (e.g., ParlimentHill). I tried a few misspellings too but they didn't work. I would bet that this code will work before the weekend is over though. ;-)

ReplyDeleteI have to get a really early start tomorrow cause of a huge backlog of bags caused by a blackout in Frankfort, Germany. There are two direct flights to Ottawa plus a couple via Toronto daily. Apparently, yesterday they had a blackout at the Frankfort Airport and emergency power was allowing flights to leave, but not bags....
Where there are normally a couple dozen or so bags, there are now a couple hundred waiting to be reunited with their owners. Yikes!
