This morning I got to enjoy the "pharmerphil experience". No internet access. :-(
ReplyDeleteBoy, is my provider's support guy testy at 5am. Can't imagine why. :-)
He was no help, could only open a ticket and says, "oh, by the way if the problem is with your modem it will cost you $82". Being fairly confident that the problem lies with them I say, "Sure, go ahead" but I still have this queasy feeling as I'm saying the words.
Got internet access back around 11am with nary a word from my provider. I then started scrambling to enter the codes, songs and surveys just in case access disappears again.
It's still up obviously and the world is good again. :-)
Another quiet day, I'm hoping it's because everyone is busy ... or do I smell?
