Dear Sir/Madam,
This weekend was the long Family Day weekend with bonus codes given out each hour for the Private Jet Winning Weekend, including holiday Monday. Only one problem, someone forgot to tell Jeff Graham, he did not announce a single code during his shift, no 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, nor 5pm bonus code. That's 400 points lost and 4 chances at the grand prize. Please rectify A.S.A.P!!!
