    what is kosher salt and where do you buy it. Seeing that it calls for only 1tsp, could I buy it at Kradish or The Bulk Barn

    regular salt will do,kosher is a bran name don't worry,i don't use salt,its bad for you hehehe : )

    Can you adapt the recipe for the oven? If so, what temperature and for how long?

    you can if the oven is big enough to stand it up in a roasting pan, so the dripping don't go all over,and start a fire.

    Temp 350F timing depend on size of chicken
    20 minutes a pound at 350 F, cook until the thermometer reads 180

    or 40 minutes per kilogram at 180C in metric
