    Looks like they plan to order 8 episodes with the hopes of going further after they're done. It also looks like a mid season start. Here's hoping they don't put it up against juggernauts like American Idol (PUKE)

    8 episodes, they're not very committed, but it's better than 0 episodes. Besides, it's THEIR damn fault for splitting the FREAKIN' season into 3 parts with all the damn re-runs and pre-emptions. THAT'S what caused viewership to drop. Check all the other episodic drams that did that, they ALL lost viewers by the end.

    Did you see that Heroes has a spinoff called Origins...it's a pre-quill scheduled to run in Heroes timeslot when it's on mid-season hiatus.

    I did hear about Origins. After the episodes are done they want peopel to vote on the characters they like the most and those chars will get become regulars on the show.
